Restorative

Take the time to find new space in a particular area of the body at an extremely slow pace, and explore ways in which you can experience movement within that area. These classes focus on the release of tension, wherever that tension may be in any given moment - tension of muscles and joints, tension of mind and heart, tension of practice and life, and even all of the above.

Tension has many expressions, and lot’s of causes, but we have hundreds of tools to help us feel the tension leaving our bodies, minds, and spirits - asana, pranayama, meditation, presence, observation, and the list goes on and on.
